During the appointment he took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of different water softener systems and recommended one based on our family needs. We ended up purchasing the Smart water softener system with carbon filter. Matthew was very transparent with all the costs of owning the system including future maintenance costs and filter replacements. He explained all the financing options and walked through the entire process with us. The installation process was seamless, and Matthew coordinated the placement of the tanks with the installer as per our preference. He made sure to follow up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied, and came by to retest the water two weeks after the softener was installed. We now notice a significant difference in our water quality, and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
