Our house came with a Culligan filtration system; however, it had not been run for years. Right away I phoned Culligan and was put in contact with Matt. Matt provided us with great customer service. He went over and above what I expected him to do. He ensured that our system got serviced in a timely fashion and offered me reassurance regarding my water quality. Whenever I have a question regarding my system I know I can count on Matt to give me quick feedback.
