I had been wanting to improve the water in my home for years, but it wasn’t until I saw how much our hard water was impacting our kitchen and bathroom renovations that I finally decided to upgrade to soft water with Culligan. I’m so glad I did. The difference has been huge. No more water marks or hard water stains on our faucets, and everything (including the dishwasher) stays noticeably cleaner. My hair and skin have improved drastically since switching and don’t have to use half the conditioner bottle on my hair anymore.Working with Matthew made the whole process even better. He was kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, didn’t oversell, and simply educated me on what system would be best for my needs. Overall, such a great experience. One day recently I noticed our water was brown. Called Culligan and there were here within 2 days. Sample of our water was taken and it was very high with iron. Matthew was here the next day and suggested we get a Big Blue Filter. We had it installed, the next day Matthew dropped by to show me how to change the filter. He opened the filter and it was already brown from the iron.Thank you Matthew and all the staff for being prompt to resolve our water problem.

Great experience. Old water softener was not working. Some highly knowledgeable staff were able to guide us in the proper direction. Now we have some solid water !! Not too solid tho now that there is less calcium in it!! Thanks Matthew for the guidance and support.

We bought a home this summer that had a well. We weren't keen on the iron content and the odor. After placing a call to Culligan in Barrie (home had a Culligan water system in it) they sent a technician out to look at the system and update filters. We expressed an interest in an iron filter. Matthew came out to the house and was so informative. He explained how the current system worked and showed us with chemical testing how much iron was in our system and it was an iron filter that was required. We had the iron filter installed and today was Matthew's follow up appointment. He again was so informative and showed what our water was testing at compared to before the iron filter. We got our reverse osmosis system installed about 2 months ago. We met with Matthew, who was one of the most knowledgeable and sincere salesperson we had ever met. He spent a lot of time with us explaining water quality, explaining the quality of water from the lake, the quality of water that we buy and the quality of various different bottled waters and of course the quality of water from Culligan. He was extremely knowledgeable like I said and explained everything so that we could all understand what he was talking about. We had the system installed within a week and have been absolutely thrilled with it. Our water quality now is amazing And it really tastes fresh and clean. I am very pleased with my new Culligan hybrid iron filter system. We tried different filters over several years, with poor results, and Culligan has finally given me the clean water I have always wanted. Matt was very helpful with explaining the options and with assisting me to choose the best system for my needs.
