Matthew, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Kyle, the installer, was professional and efficient—the installation was quick and seamless.The improvement in our water quality has been a huge difference. We can now safely drink our water using the RO system, which wasn’t possible before. Our water is no longer yellow, and it no longer leaves a residue on your skin after showering.What really stood out was Matthew’s follow-up. He came back to check the water quality and make sure everything was set up properly, and he’s always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had questions.Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I’m a new homeowner and recently had Matthew from Culligan come in for a consultation. From start to finish, he delivered an excellent presentation. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable—there were even quite a few laughs, which made it feel comfortable and genuine. When we moved into our new home, there was a Culligan water system already in place but we didn't know exactly how it was being used. We also noted that the water had a very distinct, unpleasant odour. We contacted Culligsn and were assigned Matthew. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly when he came to visit us on our initial consultation. After several water tests and reviewing our existing system , he offered us suggestions to make the system more effective. We had high levels of iron and Matthew proposed an iron filter.On install day, Matthew even came back with the technician, Kyle, who was also knowledgeable and efficient, to make sure we understood how the system was running. He also set up the systems for regeneration and treatment levels.About a month after the system was installed, Matthew came back, for a third time, to retest the water and make sure that the system was functioning as intended. Matthew was again, very thorough and explained the tests he was conducting and showed the comparison between our current and initial levels of iron and total dissolved solids. He was also very hands on and emptied out the water softener tank of the previous owners' salt that had created a sludge and cleaned out the tank to further improve water treatment.Matthew is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and has been available whenever we had questions.Thank you, Matthew!

Had great experience with consultation and the installation. Matthew was very knowledgeable and tested our water to find the exact solution we needed. After the installation of the water softer and the RO system he kept in touch to ensure everything was working fine and visited us few weeks after to retest our water. All questions were answered promptly and was always available via phone. Since the installation we are using less soap for laundry and dishwasher. We also drink more water as the water taste much better than what it used to be.Overall great experience

Matthew Webb provided great service, our water softener have stopped working and he was prompt at setting up delivery and installation of a new one. The plumbing was a bit of a disaster and the installer did a great job rerouting it and cleaning it up. Insulation was quick and seamless. Matthew did follow up testing of the water and things are great now. It was also great service when I arranged for the salt delivery, fast and seamless. They are very professional and provide great service.

Matthew was very knowledgeable in the products and tested the before and after installation. After the installation I was still using a brita water filter jug. He asked me if I was still using it, I said we are.Matthew tested it and it turned out I didn’t need that anymore after testing it because the carbon level was higher than the tap ! I ended up recycling it after he came and tested it!

Matthew is a very knowledgeable, honest and courteous water consultant who quickly diagnosed the problem with my water system. It is a plumbing issue which does not require replacing my current water softener with Culligan equipment which is saving me thousands of dollars. Matthew is willing to confer with my plumber to ensure that calcium does not pose a problem in my water lines, and left painter’s tape on the piping that needs to be changed. I had been wanting to improve the water in my home for years, but it wasn’t until I saw how much our hard water was impacting our kitchen and bathroom renovations that I finally decided to upgrade to soft water with Culligan. I’m so glad I did. The difference has been huge. No more water marks or hard water stains on our faucets, and everything (including the dishwasher) stays noticeably cleaner. One day recently I noticed our water was brown. Called Culligan and there were here within 2 days. Sample of our water was taken and it was very high with iron. Matthew was here the next day and suggested we get a Big Blue Filter. We had it installed, the next day Matthew dropped by to show me how to change the filter. He opened the filter and it was already brown from the iron.Thank you Matthew and all the staff for being prompt to resolve our water problem.

Great experience. Old water softener was not working. Some highly knowledgeable staff were able to guide us in the proper direction. Now we have some solid water !! Not too solid tho now that there is less calcium in it!! Thanks Matthew for the guidance and support.
